The picture of Dorian Gray

The book tells us a story about a man who became obsseced with youth. From the moment he met a man nemed Lord Henry, his obsetion began. Dorian Gray refused the idea os getting old And losing his youth and beauty because for him his own image way the most important thing. Basil, a friend of Dorian's, painted his portrai, then Dorian whished he could be forever the way he was in the picture, he envied it because it would never get old. Then Dorian became the picture itself. He lost his mind, his personality And even his love because of his obsetion with youth, at least he did not get old. With the passage of the time the portrait became ugly And looked evil because the bad acts of Dorian were reflected in it. The portrait was his conscience. At the end Dorian killed himself because he couldn't deal with the idea of living this way anymore. How long can a person vó with an obsession? Is youth worth everything?
